The simple answer is NO! There are always exception, but we can work with you and discuss any concerns as part of our initial survey.

As part of our survey we take a number measurements to ensure we calculate the right system for the space and your needs. If a system is too small it will struggle to cool the space, which means the unit is working harder and using more electricity, which leads to higher energy bills! However, if the unit is too big, it leads to inadequate temperature and humidity control making the space feel uncomfortable and clammy.  It will have higher initial costs and running costs!

There are a few options and the terminology can be confusing! However, we can assist you in choosing the right solution. Whether you are looking to cool a single bedroom or a whole house, we can guide you through the options to ensure you get the right solution. 

For most domestic ‘moderate use’ units, once a year is sufficient. However, ‘servicing’ can vary wildly depending which company you choose. Servicing should be a comprehensive inspection  and check of the different components of the system. This ensures its safe, efficient and maintains its longevity.
